Grants To Fight Ecstasy, Club Drugs at Local Level

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is funding 12 local programs aimed at preventing use of Ecstasy and other club drugs with Ecstasy Anti-Proliferation Act of 2000 grants.
