What Exactly Is a Standard Drink?

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services defines moderate drinking as no more than one drink a day for most women, and no more than two drinks a day for most men. But what exactly constitutes a standard drink? You may be surprised to find out what having only "one drink" really means.
