A recently released police report revealed that when golfing great Tiger Woods crashed his SUV November 30 into a fire hydrant and a tree in a neighbor's yard, he was unresponsive at the scene, a witness said he had been drinking earlier and taking prescription medications (Ambien and Vicodin) and he had obviously been driving erraticaly.However, when a Florida State Trooper, who suspected Tiger Woods was driving under the influence, sought a subpoena for his blood results from the hospital, prosecutors rejected the petition for "insufficient information." The Florida Highway Patrol wound up citing Woods for careless driving and fined him $164.
