No Question Henri Paul Was Drunk

Overshadowed by the controversy it raised by showing for the first time a photograph of Princess Diana as she lay dying at the scene of the accident, CBS' 48 Hours investigation into the 1997 death of the Princess of Wales concluded that the impaired state of driver Henri Paul was the sole cause of the wreck that killed her and Dodi Fayed. Henri Paul was at least three times over France's legal blood alcohol limit and had an "alarming" amount of prescription drugs in his system at the time of the crash.
