A new study confirms that alcohol sales to obviously intoxicated patrons nonetheless continues at a high rate in both on- and off-premise establishments. Younger-appearing servers/clerks were significantly more likely than older-appearing servers/clerks to sell alcohol to intoxicated buyers.
