Tape of DUI Arrest 'Unnecessary'
Internal Affairs investigators knew months ago there was a videotape of a Las Vegas police lieutenant's driving under the influence arrest, but they never asked for a copy because they thought it was unnecessary, Clark County Undersheriff Richard Winget said.
