Lee's Holiday Tip
My sobriety date is 10-10-89 so I truly understand the stress of the holidays especially that first year. My salvation was an Alano Club that was 15 minutes from where I lived at the time.I literally lived at that club from Thanksgiving to Christmas and New Year. I did spend time with my family also, but the meetings offered much support and suggestions about expectations and acceptance.
Today it is much easier, but I still attend more meetings during this time just to keep me "spiritually fit." God Bless you all, one day at a time.
