Special Programs/Groups: There is no fee. Men interested must be at least 18 yrs old, alcohol and drug free at least 72 hours, reside or homeless in San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin or Alameda County, No income (GA, SSI, SSA, SDI, or unemployment benefits), No outstanding legal issues or court dates, and must be physically able and willing to work.
