Bob M's Holiday Tip

The holidays are very hard to deal with because of personal problems between my wife and my mother.

Christmas Eve I used to save a bottle of real good booze that a customer used to give me for watching midnight mass. The meeting I belong to on Tuesday Night does a meeting at the local club exactly the same time: Midnight Christmas Eve.

Thank God for the people in that group. My first year I latched on to one of the members and didn't let go. They got me through that year and the next two.

If you are having a problem phone, walk, run to someone in the program. Don't try and do it by yourself. We've been there done that. Use us, that is what we are there for. By the way, yes I will be with my group at Midnight Christmas Eve, and guess what, I'll remember it!
